1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion, all sweepstakes hosted by First Circle (each, a "Sweepstakes") are open only to legal residents of the provinces and territories of Canada, who have reached the legal age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Directors, partners, and employees of First Circle (the "Sponsor"), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such individual, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

Each Sweepstakes begins and ends on the specific dates and times communicated via promotional materials, event QR codes, or landing pages hosted at firstcircle.org (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received within the designated Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. The Sponsor’s database clock is the official time-keeping device for all promotions.

3. How to Enter

During an active Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by scanning the official promotional QR code or visiting firstcircle.org to complete the online entry form with all required information (including full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and confirmation of eligibility). Unless stated otherwise, limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per sweepstakes. Subsequent or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated entries, bot entries, or entries generated by script or macro will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes, quantities, and approximate retail values (ARV) will be explicitly described in the promotional materials associated with each specific Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and no substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, provincial, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection & Odds of Winning

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor at its offices in Calgary, AB, or via a certified random selection method. Odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received for each specific draw.

6. Winner Notification & Skill-Testing Question

Potential winners will be notified via email and/or telephone using the contact information provided upon entry. Before being declared an official winner and receiving any prize, a potential winner must first correctly answer unaided a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via email, phone, or in person. In addition, potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.
