Customer Sales Incentive*
- Be at or below 9% on the performance bonus schedule
- VCS sales will pay out at 10% on the performance bonus schedule instead of 3%, 6%, or 9% pending total volume
Strong Start Incentive*
- $100 additional reward for having $150pv at 60+% VCS in first 3 months straight
- $300 additional reward for having $150pv at 60+% VCS in first 6 months straight
- $600 additional reward for having $150pv at 60+% VCS in first 12 months straight
  - A total of $1000 extra earnings in first year when stringing together each of the 3 SSI bonueses.
Bronze Foundation Incentive*
- 150pv First Circle
- 60% VCS
- Be at or above 9% on the performance bonus schedule
- 3 Partnerships at 3% or above
- Earns the bonus 12 times in an 18 month window from first qualifying
  - If earned 3 months, additional $100 paid out
  - If earned 6 months, additional $300 paid out
  - If earned 12 months, additional 600 paid out
  - Total of $1000 extra when earning BFI 12+/18 months of qualifying
- Bonus is typical performance bonus x 30%
Bronze Builder Incentive*
- 150pv First Circle
- 60% VCS
- Be at or above 18% on the performance bonus schedule
- 3 Partnerships at 6% or above
- Earns the bonus 12 times in an 18 month window from first qualifying
- Bonus is typical performance bonus x 40%
